Our in-house design team takes your logo and brand assets and produces print-ready artwork for your approval. We'll iterate until it's exactly right — no extra charge.

Need A SAMPLE?
Before we run your full production, we can produce a physical sample for your sign-off. You see exactly what you're getting — colour, finish, feel etc. Prices for samples vary.

What is the minimum order quantity?
It varies by product — pens start from 100 units, caps from 24, umbrellas from 50, AirTag holders from 25, and USB chargers from 50. We'll always confirm MOQ before you commit.
Can I order multiple products together?
Absolutely. Many clients order a full suite of branded merchandise at once. We can manage the whole project under one account manager and consolidate delivery.
What files do I need to provide?
Ideally a vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG) of your logo, plus any brand colour references (Pantone or CMYK). If you only have a PNG, our design team can work with that too.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes — for most products we can accommodate expedited production for an additional fee. Get in touch with your deadline and we'll tell you what's possible.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes. We can split shipments across multiple offices, event venues, or fulfilment centres. Just let us know your requirements when you place your order.
